The VVTA AccessLink service offers a convenient and affordable solution for shared rides, catering specifically to individuals utilizing both the Direct Access and Micro-Link services. This platform efficiently pairs passengers traveling in the same direction for a seamless ride experience.

Direct Access complements the VVTA fixed route services by providing low-cost paratransit options for individuals certified under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The fare structure is zone-based, determined by the number of zones traversed during the trip:

• ZONE 1: $2.50
• ZONE 2: $4.50
• ZONE 3: $6.00

Trips across any of the three zones surrounding the VVTA Fixed Route System are subject to the highest applicable fare.

Micro-Link serves distinct regions including Apple Valley, Hesperia, and Victorville, operating Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This microtransit service allows for travel strictly within designated zones.

The standard fare for adults utilizing Micro-Link is $2.00 per ride, while reduced fares of $1.00 are available for seniors over 60, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and students. Additionally, children aged 5 and under may ride free when accompanied by a fare-paying passenger aged 16 or older.
